AR Fashion Designer

Students design and color their own unique digital ethnic costumes, and turn it to 3D using tablets.  Their creations can then be showcased in real-time virtual fashion shows, displayed in the school's dedicated virtual exhibition hall, and shared with audiences and designers from around the world. As a designer, a student can take photos with her virtual model anytime, anywhere.

This Experiential Activity allows students to leverage information technology to develop their artistic and design interests. It also helps schools create spaces for active learning and inquiry-based thinking, allowing students to learn about national and Chinese culture in a fun and engaging way, fostering a sense of national identity.

同學動手設計、上色，用平板電腦創作出獨一無二的3D數碼民族服裝。同學的製成品不但可以實時進行虛擬時裝秀，更可以展出在學校的專屬虛擬展覧館和來自不同地方的觀衆和設計師交流心得。作為設計師的你，隨時隨地都可以和你的虛擬model拍照留念。DIY56可以讓同學學習善用資訊科技去發展個人對藝術和設計興趣的同時，更可以幫助學校創造空間以主動學習和探究思維來讓同學輕鬆、有趣地認識國家和中華文化、以及培養國民身份的認同。

學校的專屬虛擬展覧館-營造健康校園和強化共融：同校同學的數碼民族服裝全數可以在學校的專屬虛擬展覧館展出和推行虛擬時裝秀。來自不同班級的老師、同學和家長可以在線上比讚、交流心得或進行校內專題比賽。老師亦可在校內特定地點進行AR 時裝秀、可以讓全校同學和獨一無二的3D數碼民族服裝拍照留念。營造健康校園和強化共融和彼此學習的文化。
