About

Fully integrated semi-off-grid Renewable-Powered Giga Data Centre and Advanced Assembly Estate, located in the South of Thailand, that connects to Pan Asia Global Sub Sea Cable. Secured consent to build on 600 hectares of near-coastal land. The estate will consist of a renewable energy zone that will have a capacity of 200-2,000mw and energy storage that will then power 200MW of AI HPC Data Centre and High Tech Assembly, Fabrication. Situated in Southern Thailand that borders Malaysia and the Marine Corridor of Singapore with Pan Asia access, whilst also having eight Global Sub Sea Cables landed.

Opportunities for strategic funds that have a focus on Net Zero Power Generation, AI High Performance Computing, International Data Centre and Cloud Services, Urban Redevelopment, Vocational Education Campus.

Private partnership will offer foreign direct investment privileges such as Custom Freezone, Foreign Ownership, Corporate Tax Holiday, Import Free Machinery, Smart Work Visa.
