Dragoș Preda

Minister of State for Telecommunications (2020-2021), CEO of the National Radio Communications Company (RADIOCOM SA) (2021-2022) – a period of maximum growth for the company, social entrepreneur, considered a visionary by ICT professionals – speaking since 2011 about the role of new technologies, alongside the UN University's Millennium Project and the Smithsonian Institute, his biography also includes extensive experience and expertise in the field of smart community development and central and local public administration, both in Romania and in EU member states, and at the level of expert groups in Brussels, as well as in the field of security and defense and critical infrastructure.

Dragoș C.L. Preda, a French government scholarship recipient, alumnus of the Ecole Nationale d'Administration (ENA), Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, Saint Cyr Ecole, and numerous other academic experiences in Romania and abroad, was honored in the first edition of "Forbes 30 under 30," JCI TOYP, receiving a whole series of distinctions and decorations for his involvement both professionally and socially, such as: the Emblem of Honor for Communications and Information Technology, from the Communications and Information Technology Command – Defense Staff, or Paul Harris Fellow, founder of the Rotary Club Bucharest Cișmigiu.
