Katrin Mayrhofer

With over 28 years of professional experience, I combine a strong foundation in technical drawing and economics to drive innovation, sustainability, and international collaboration in the aerospace sector. My expertise spans from contributing to pioneering R&D projects such as CityAirbus, Bluecopter (GRC, CS1), and RACER (CS2), to leading the RACER Main Fuselage Project, overseeing technical planning in design, stress analysis, manufacturing, assembly, and testing. As an active participant in major European research initiatives like CleanSky1 and CleanSky2, I have fostered global partnerships and knowledge exchange. I have also contributed to aeronautical data management and AIM/AIS evolution as CEO Assistant, and currently serve as Country Liaison for Romania in the field of Advanced Air Mobility, promoting solutions for efficient, low-emission, and accessible transport. A strong advocate for gender equality and sustainability, I am Co-Founder and Board Member of the European Rotorcraft Women Network, Board Member of the One Billion Farmers Organization, and Patron & Jury Member of the European Rotors Student Challenge “Rotorthon”.
