betterknow is a startup focused on enabling organizations to build action competence in the age of AI and digital transformation. We develop Pondara, an AI-supported Enablement Management System (EMS) that helps companies move beyond traditional training toward competence-based learning directly embedded in real work scenarios.

Instead of delivering content first, Pondara starts from concrete workplace situations and derives the competencies employees need to act confidently and responsibly. Based on these competence profiles, the platform creates adaptive learning paths, supports trainers and learners with AI agents, and makes competence development measurable across the organization.

Our approach helps companies strengthen workforce capability, accelerate transformation processes, and make learning part of everyday work—especially in vocational education, industrial environments, and SMEs facing rapid technological change.

We collaborate with partners from education, industry, and public sector institutions to build the learning infrastructure organizations need to remain adaptable in an AI-driven economy.
