About

Junior Achievement Ukraine (JA Ukraine) is a non-profit organisation and part of JA Worldwide - one of the largest youth-focused networks operating in 100+ countries. Our mission is to prepare young people for employment and entrepreneurship through practice-oriented education programmes.

We work at the intersection of education and industry, building partnerships between schools, businesses and institutions to give young people real-world skills and career insights. Our programmes cover entrepreneurship, financial literacy, workforce readiness and STEM education - reaching students across multiple regions of Ukraine.

JA Ukraine brings together educators, employers and young people to bridge the gap between what schools teach and what the labour market needs. We design and deliver masterclasses, mentoring sessions, job shadow days and talent development programmes that help students make informed choices about their futures.

Within LASER-PRO, JA Ukraine leads STEM outreach activities in Ukraine - introducing secondary school students and teachers to laser technologies and STEAM careers. Our target is to engage 500+ participants across Ukraine, with a commitment to 50% female participation.
