About
IQnano3D brings together high-speed microfabrication, nanoscale precision and a focus on affordability. Developed and manufactured by IQS nano in the Czech Republic, this two-photon polymerization (2PP) platform supports applications in micro-optics, photonics, microfluidics, biomedical engineering and advanced materials.
Its key differentiator is NanoSweep™: acousto-optic beam steering synchronized with precision stage movement. The AOD scanner deflects the laser beam without mechanically moving scanning mirrors and supports speeds of up to 3.3 million voxels per second. NanoSweep enables continuous writing without stitching along the stage scan direction, offering a distinctive approach to fabricating extended structures.
A green femtosecond laser powers the printing process. NanoSweep, raster and programmable vector modes give users different ways to manufacture their designs. Material flexibility includes IQS nano’s ResIQ photoresins and customer-specific formulations, while C++ and Python scripting support tailored print strategies and experimental workflows.
IQData and IQWrite provide tools for preparing CAD models, organizing print jobs and controlling fabrication. Application support, training and customization help users develop a solution around their research and production needs.
For laboratories considering a new system or replacing an existing 2PP printer, IQnano3D offers a practical proposition: assess precision, production time and investment together. Bring your representative design and evaluate the results through an application-specific printing demonstration.
Maximum scanner speed is a technical specification; finished-part throughput depends on geometry, material, resolution and processing settings.
