Vacuum coating systems

We design and manufacture vacuum coating systems for optical thin films. Our platforms cover magnetron sputtering / ion beam sputtering / e-beam evaporation and diamond-like carbon, with various chamber sizes and substrate handling for flat optics, wafers, domes and lenses .

Meet us if you are bringing coating in-house for the first time, replacing an ageing chamber, or moving from R&D to series production. In a 20-minute slot we can usually get through the essentials: your part geometry and volumes, the coating types you need, deposition method and in-situ monitoring, automation and recipe software, and the utilities, footprint and cleanroom conditions the system will require. If a full machine is not the answer, we also retrofit and upgrade existing coaters — controls, monitoring, pumping and sources — and supply spares and service across the Baltics and the wider EU.
