HER (Hun Etablerer Ressursprogrammet) is a digital platform and ecosystem dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs. Founded by Donna Kastrati, HER addresses the specific challenges women face in entrepreneurship, such as limited access to funding, strategic guidance, and networks. With over 300 members, HER offers various services including workshops, masterclasses, mentorship programs, conferences, and a digital marketplace where female founders can promote their services. The platform’s flagship event, HER Conference & Awards, attracts hundreds of attendees annually and serves as a powerful showcase for female entrepreneurship. Our goal is to expand internationally, increase visibility, and create new growth opportunities for women globally.
