Sichuan Promotion Association for the Belt & Roas Initative (SCBR)

The Sichuan Promotion Association for the Belt and Road Initiative (SCBR) is an international economic and trade organization jointly initiated by large state-owned enterprises, private companies, international business institutions, universities and think tanks. In 2016, it was registered in Sichuan with the aim of promoting extensive cooperation between domestic enterprises and the BRI countries and regions.

At present, SCBR has more than 600 members, and special committees in the fields of law, security, exhibition, catering, liquor, cultural innovation, medical care, education, new energy vehicles and other industries. It has established cooperative relationships with organizations and enterprises in over 30 countries. Since its establishment, SCBR has hosted more than 80 international economic and trade activities, organized several overseas delegations composed of over 100 representatives from governments and enterprises, and attracted inspection groups of about 300 people to Sichuan.

So far, SCBR has provided services to more than 200 enterprises for their economic and trade cooperation with domestic and foreign counterparts.
