CSI S.p.A., an IMQ Group Company, through its Automotive BU is a leading European Center of excellence in the field of Vehicle Testing, Perfomance Engineering & Homologation with an integrated platform of services, facilities and skills for new products development, from testing plan validation and regulatory and/or voluntary compliance to the homologation services.

The CSI Automotive Laboratories are part of the restricted Network of the European Association Euro NCAP (7 laboratories) operating for 20 years in the passive and active safety rating of vehicles. CSI is also a permanent member of EuroNACP Board with the representative of Italy country the "Automobil Club Italia".

CSI has been recognized as Technical Center by the Government Authorities of Motor Vehicles Homologation of: KBA (Germany, “E1” mark”), RDW (Netherlands, “E4” mark), NSAI (Ireland, “E24” mark) and STA (Sweden, “E5” mark), for the validation of the EU homologation tests and are recognized by multiple international ministerial Authorities for the product homologation in USA and ASIA.

In the Automotive field, CSI is the strategic supplier of the main OEM'S, Tier1 and Tier2, operating mainly with testing laboratories and test tracks located both near Milan and Turin.
