X’TRACRETE CERAMIC COMPOSITE COMPOUND

X’TRACRETE hard compound a family of cement bonded wear protection materials. These are based on inorganic materials of high strength and good wear resistance.

The mixture includes of :

• Hard Aggregate materials

• Cement Binder

• Micro Silica

X’tracrete material can be directly trowelled on to an anchoring mesh and can be use in processing temp. upto 1200 deg. Cent. depending on grade.

X’TRA-HARD is an extremely strong abrasion resistant complex carbide casting metallurgically bonded to a mild steel backing plate.

X’TRA-HARD is extensively used in the mining and quarry industry as a solution for impact and high abrasion wear and is also used in the steel, cement, powder, sugar cane and recycling industries.   

X’TRA-HARD is also ideal for general purpose buckets and attachment where you can protect the side and cutting edges from normal wear, ideal for replacing hardfacing.
