About me
Role: CEO - Project Manager.
Powers: Controls and synchronizes all operational units to ensure the operation and growth of the project. Regulates external and internal interactions of the team. Carries out operational work to attract clients. Provides funding for the continuous work of the team. Presentation of the project and communication with various structures: financial, government, investment funds for the possibility of material and consulting support for the project.
Competencies: has twenty years of experience in the fashion industry and 15 years in managing a clothing and textile enterprise. Higher economic education, financial management of an enterprise, speaks four languages: Greek, Russian, English, Kyrgyz.

2021-2022 Collaborating with EBRD Kyrgyzstan in Grant program for consulting for women entrepreneurships.
2023, March – participation on IT4BIZ Forum in Karakol, announced by EBRD Kyrgyzstan.
2023, May-July – alumni of 3rd cohort of IT STARTUP acceleration program of Accelerate Prosperity KG with STARTUP of promotion Kyrgyz sewing companies to Europe.
2023, September – announced and launch the TOOLAI team flagman program of “Exit of Kyrgyz Sewing Industry in Europe”, where authors are Asel, Saule & Eleonora Beishenova.
2023, October – start of the TEXTILE EXPORT KG program to bring the Garment industry of Kyrgyzstan to international markets, initiated and developed by the TOOLAI team, which is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of KG and leading the Textile Export KG Group with 190 participants (sewing companies).
2024, December – 2025, January, February – preparation & carrying out of FIRST successful participation of 23 (twenty-three) Kyrgyz sewing companies in European Apparel Exhibition in Athens and Thessaloniki with SEWING SERVICE.
