Akerko Su Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established in 2007 through the partnership of leading fisheries and seafood companies in Türkiye, and today stands as one of the most modern and integrated seafood processing facilities in the Black Sea region. Our company is committed to high-quality production and sustainability across both marine and freshwater aquaculture.

We cultivate salmon trout in Türkiye’s cleanest and most productive farming regions. Our annual production capacity is 6,000 tons in the Black Sea and 3,000 tons in high‑quality reservoir waters. These two strong production sources allow Akerko to supply consistent volumes, stable calibers, and internationally compliant salmon trout throughout the year.

Our modern facility in Trabzon Çarşıbaşı is equipped with advanced processing technology and has a daily processing capacity of 150 tons. This infrastructure enables us to produce H&G, fillet, IQF, and various value‑added formats at high volumes.

Akerko supplies premium salmon trout products from both Black Sea and reservoir farming to global markets. Our product range includes H&G, Trim A–E fillets, value‑added salmon products, IQF frozen items, special calibers, and customized production based on customer requirements. All products are processed in accordance with HACCP, GMP, and international food safety standards.

One of Akerko’s key strengths is its full traceability system, allowing us to monitor the fish from egg to harvest. Feed quality, water parameters, fish health, and growth performance are regularly analyzed and documented to ensure consistent quality.
