TK Fish

Established on September 19, 2022, TK Fish is an integrated aquaculture company operating in the seafood industry with a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and reliable production. Specializing particularly in Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and salmon products, TK Fish aims to become one of Türkiye’s leading representatives in the international seafood market through its modern production infrastructure and export-oriented structure.

Our production facility, located in the Elazığ Teknova Organized Industrial Zone, stands out with its high capacity and modern technological infrastructure. Built on approximately 34,000 m² of land with 10,000 m² of enclosed production space, the facility has a processing capacity of 120–150 tons per day. Depending on product type and seasonal conditions, our annual production capacity can reach up to 80,000 tons. Cleaning, processing, cold storage, glazing, and packaging operations are all carried out under hygienic conditions, while products are stored at -18°C. Our cold storage facilities, with a total capacity of 2,500 tons, ensure that products are safely preserved under appropriate conditions.

End-to-end control and traceability are at the heart of TK Fish’s production philosophy. Every stage, from fish farming and processing to packaging and delivery to customers, is meticulously monitored. Depending on customer requirements, we offer a variety of product formats, including fresh or frozen whole fish, gutted, H&G, and fillets. A wide range of weights and packaging options enables us to meet the diverse requirements of customers across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and other international markets.

Quality and food safety are at the center of all TK Fish operations. Our production processes are carried out in accordance with international standards and certifications, including BRCGS, IFS, HACCP, ISO 22000, and FDA requirements. Hygiene, product safety, traceability, and compliance with customer specifications are prioritized at every stage of production.
