CRUSTIMEX is a French company specializing in the import, processing, packaging, and marketing of frozen seafood products, with extensive experience in the French and European markets.

Our operations focus primarily on developing and supplying solutions tailored to the needs of the retail, foodservice, cash & carry, food processing, and wholesale sectors. We handle products under our own brands as well as specific projects and private-label lines.

We offer a wide range of frozen seafood, with particular expertise in shrimp and prawns—available whole or peeled; raw, cooked, or blanched; and in various sizes, origins, presentations, and formats. Our portfolio also includes seafood mixes and cocktails, mussels, squid, scallops, lobster tails, and other seafood products, depending on our clients' specific requirements.

Leveraging an international network of suppliers and producers, we select our products based on criteria such as quality, consistency, traceability, food safety, and competitiveness. We work with both wild-caught and farmed seafood and can develop products with specific certifications—including ASC—to meet the demands of different markets and project requirements.

We support our clients throughout the entire process, from product selection and sourcing to final marketing, including defining specifications, formats, weights, packaging, and labeling.
