JSC “Conatus” - is a design, technical supervision company that offers practical design solutions and provides quality services in the construction industry. Our experience has been gained in the international market – we have completed a number of projects in the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Belarus, Ukraine, Kingdom of Sweden, experience has also been gained by participating in construction projects in Latvia, Estonia.

We strive to create unique projects that meet the requirements of the Customer, in which it will be pleasant and good to live, work and even just be there. We carry out work with modern design tools - we design in a 3D environment, creating a building information model (BIM). In this way, we avoid human errors, such as inaccurate calculations of the amount of materials, dimensions, intersections of utilities, etc.

The main activity of the company is structure design. We provide different types of structure design:

We design structures for all types of buildings: residential and apartment houses, offices, logistics, supermarkets, factories, kindergartens, reconstructions of hospitals, schools, and other public sector buildings.
