The InoCoat technology is used can be used for Plasma cleaning, mirco layers and even nano layers.
Plasma Cleaning:
Cleaning metal surfaces from milling residues such as metal shaving or oil is a task perfectly suitable for the InoCoat torch.
Micro layers:
Coating very sensitive substrates with powders such as zinc, tin, copper or even ceramics in atmospheric and inline conditions is a strong suit of the InoCoat technology in a thickness range of 10- 500µm. It is used for conductive layers, EMC shieldings, corrosion protective layers and more...
Nano Layers:
When creating nano layers, precursors are vaporized and injected into the plasma resulting in layers of 10 - 300nm thickness. These layers can form either hydrophillic or hydrophobic layers based on the parameter setting.
