Victor Hess

I am an industrial professional with a strong technical background and a strategic mindset, specialized in the aerospace sector. I hold an engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Seville, which laid the foundation for my career in high-value manufacturing environments.

To complement my technical expertise, I completed a Master’s in Aerospace Business Management at EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial) in Seville, where I deepened my understanding of the entire aerospace value chain. I later broadened my executive perspective by pursuing an Executive MBA at San Telmo Business School, focused on general business administration and strategic leadership.

Currently, I serve as Director of Business Development and Procurement at Sofitec Aero. In this role, I lead commercial expansion strategies, manage key relationships with global OEMs, and drive procurement transformation efforts. I bring together operational insight, long-term vision, and a results-driven approach to help position our company at the forefront of the aerospace manufacturing industry.
