FinLuy is a Cambodia-based AI-powered financial marketplace built to make financial access more transparent, informed and inclusive.
Cambodia’s financial market is highly fragmented, with consumers often needing to search across multiple banks, microfinance institutions and insurers to understand products, rates, eligibility and affordability. At the same time, financial institutions face high customer acquisition costs and often receive applications that are poorly matched to their products.
FinLuy brings this journey into one platform through Learn → Compare → Match → Apply → Track → Plan.
Users can compare financial products such as loans, deposits, cards and insurance, access Khmer- and English-language financial literacy content, receive AI-supported recommendations based on their needs, and manage their applications through a single digital journey. FinLuy is also developing deeper capabilities in financial planning, responsible alternative scoring and AI-powered financial guidance.
For financial institutions, FinLuy provides a more structured way to reach better-informed and better-qualified customers, while creating opportunities for lead generation, transaction-based partnerships, product visibility and future data-driven insights.
FinLuy has already launched its MVP and has grown to 1,000+ registered users, with active engagement across Cambodia’s banking, insurance, fintech and financial-literacy ecosystem. The company is working with financial institutions, education partners and ecosystem stakeholders to build responsible digital financial access in Cambodia.
Our long-term ambition is to build a trusted financial decision platform for emerging ASEAN markets, using Cambodia as the foundation. We are particularly interested in partnerships around AI, fintech infrastructure, open banking, digital identity, credit analytics, cybersecurity, financial inclusion and cross-border innovation.
At AsiaBerlin, FinLuy is looking to connect with European investors, technology companies, financial institutions and strategic partners interested in Southeast Asia and the future of responsible digital finance
