About

Distribution & Reseller Partners Wanted — Nexvanta AI Infrastructure Observability

ABOUT NEXVANTA

Nexvanta is an AI-native infrastructure monitoring and observability platform by Enonte Innovation Labs. Conventional tools alarm only after a threshold is crossed — once something has already broken. Nexvanta learns how each device normally behaves and warns operators hours before failure, turning outages into scheduled maintenance.

It consolidates network, servers, containers, applications, multi-cloud, logs and security posture into one platform, replacing the four or five disconnected tools most organisations run today. An AI Copilot answers operator questions in plain English, correlates alerts into incidents, identifies probable root cause and writes post-incident reports automatically. Nexvanta launched in April 2026, is in production use, and was developed entirely from Enonte's own cash flow.

WHY IT SELLS

The AIOps market is forecast to grow from roughly USD 14B to over USD 41B by 2030. Nexvanta's position within it is deliberately unoccupied:

• Cloud incumbents (Datadog, Dynatrace) — AI-capable but cloud-only, expensive, prone to bill shock

• Legacy tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) — affordable and on-premises but reactive, with no real AI

• Nexvanta — AI-native, deployable on-premises or air-gapped, priced for industrial reality

The decisive differentiator is data sovereignty. Cloud observability vendors require customer telemetry to be sent to their own infrastructure — which for a regulated bank, government body, defence-adjacent operator or telco ends the conversation immediately. Nexvanta runs its entire AI layer inside the customer's environment, air-gapped if required, with zero data egress. This opens a buyer segment competing platforms structurally cannot serve, and it is the strongest door-opener a partner can carry.

PARTNERSHIP MODELS WE ARE OFFERING

• Reseller / VAR — sell Nexvanta into your existing accounts, with margin on licence and renewal

• Country or Regional Distributor — exclusive or non-exclusive territory rights, with local pricing and support

• Managed Service Provider — deploy Nexvanta beneath your own managed service, under an MSP edition with multi-tenant licensing

• Systems Integrator — bundle Nexvanta into infrastructure, data centre and modernisation projects

• Referral — introduce qualified opportunities and earn commission without carrying delivery

• Technology & OEM — integrate with complementary platforms, or white-label under your own brand

We are open to shaping a model that fits how your business already operates rather than forcing a fixed programme.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• IT distributors, VARs and systems integrators with established enterprise accounts

• Managed service providers seeking to differentiate their NOC offering with predictive AI

• Telecom, data centre and cloud service providers with infrastructure customers

• Consulting and advisory firms serving banking, government, telecom, energy and manufacturing

• Technology vendors whose platforms would benefit from an embedded monitoring layer

WHAT WE PROVIDE PARTNERS

• Competitive margins on initial licence and recurring renewals

• Full technical enablement — product training, certification, architecture documentation and a dedicated demo environment

• Pre-sales engineering support, including joint demonstrations and proof-of-concept assistance

• Deal registration and territory protection

• Co-branded collateral and joint go-to-market campaigns

• Direct access to the engineering team and to roadmap input — as a founder-led company, partner feedback shapes what we build

• Per-node licensing that lets a partner land small and expand within the same account

TARGET END-CUSTOMER SECTORS

Banking and financial services; government and public sector; telecommunications and ISPs; data centres and managed service providers; energy and utilities; manufacturing and industry; healthcare; and any enterprise running infrastructure it cannot afford to have fail.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING FROM A PARTNER

Existing relationships with infrastructure buyers, the technical capability to demonstrate and support the platform locally, and a commitment to building the business rather than simply listing the product. We would rather have a few active, invested partners than a long list of inactive ones.
