Session 2: Roundtables - Sam Ramlu - Director, Writer, Producer & Founder/MD at Method, Mad Carnival and Mighty Eyes

With over 20 years in creative strategy, direction and storytelling, I head up Method (a creative tech studio) and two game studios, delivering beautiful, meaningful animations, interactive experiences, installations, and games across media and creative tech. My approach focuses on turning ambitious ideas into impactful stories that resonate with audiences.

As a creative director, writer, and producer, I've worked across various mediums, with recent focus on games spanning VR, AR, mobile, and flat screen platforms. We develop original IP while actively seeking collaborations with like-minded producers, writers, and directors who want to bring their original IP ideas to life or need studio support for their projects.

Whether it's developing narrative-driven games, creating animated content, or building immersive installations that blur the boundaries between different media forms, I'm passionate about collaborating with creatives who prioritise both artistic vision and meaningful impact. Our cross-disciplinary expertise allows us to approach projects holistically, supporting other studios or taking projects from concept through to delivery.

I'm particularly interested in connecting with collaborators who value storytelling that makes a difference and aren't afraid to push creative boundaries across animation and interactive media.
