Philippe is the CEO of Urban Radar, a pioneering technology firm enabling European municipalities to develop sustainable mobility strategies, with a particular focus on curb management and urban logistics planning.
Before founding Urban Radar in San Francisco in 2020, Philippe served as Vice President of Consulting for the Americas at Mott MacDonald, a leading global engineering consultancy. Recognized by the World Economic Forum among the "150 Global Urban Leaders," Philippe has also significantly contributed to advancing public-private partnerships, having served as a board member of the National Council of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) in Washington, D.C., and as a lecturer at Stanford University in California.
