About me
Graduated as an executive engineer in agriculture with a specialization in aquaculture, I became, in 1991, Deputy Manager of the Aquarium at the Oceanographic Museum, and later Head of the Aquarium. There, I contributed to developing new projects related to technical aspects, outreach, and communication, as well as participating in field missions. In 2016, I joined the Ocean Policy Department of the Institute, where I applied my expertise in marine environments and sustainability to political, outreach, and communication projects, working closely with key actors in the Principality of Monaco on environmental issues. I served as Head of the Monaco Explorations Mission in Madeira and Cabo Verde in 2017. Since 2016, I have been the co-secretary of the Monaco Blue Initiative, a think tank dedicated to fostering cross-sectoral exchange for a better-protected and sustainably managed Ocean.
