Over the years, Transformeus has demonstrated excellence in developing and executing programs focusing on designing and delivering capacity building programs. Notably, we spearheaded the E-commerce Acceleration Program for ESCWA, where we crafted robust training materials and coached over 300 MSMEs across the Arab region. This project enhanced the digital capabilities of these businesses, equipping them to thrive in the digital economy through a combination of structured workshops and practical coaching sessions.
Our dedication to promoting governance and institutional strengthening is exemplified through the Bena’ Program for Internal Governance, a landmark initiative funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with Transparency International Lebanon. this program focuses on improving internal governance structures and fostering transparency within Lebanese Civil Society Organizations (CSOs). Transformeus has been mandated to design and develop self-paced training programs to enhance transparent governance and effective project management targeting Local CSOs.
Furthermore, Transformeus partnered with Expertise France to design and deliver a comprehensive funding strategy for the Lebanese Reforestation Initiative (LRI). This strategy focused on diversifying the organization’s funding sources and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the NGO, enabling it to continue its mission effectively.
In collaboration with the Goethe Institute, Transformeus developed and implemented a three-month capacity-building program dedicated to empowering women in the cultural and creative industries. This program featured in-depth training sessions and interactive workshops focused on financial literacy, business development, and pitching techniques. By equipping participants with these essential skills, the program aimed to help them secure funding opportunities and achieve sustainable growth for their businesses.
Transformeus also partnered with the Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB), a prominent local non-governmental organization, to deliver targeted coaching sessions specifically designed for women-led businesses. These sessions focused on equipping participants with the tools, strategies, and insights necessary to overcome challenges and foster sustainable growth.
In addition, Transformeus played a key role in the Lebanon Innovate program, which was funded by the European Union and implemented by BERYTECH in partnership with IRALEB. As part of this initiative, Transformeus led an intensive 40-hour capacity-building workshop centered on innovation management and commercialization strategies. The workshop aimed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage and scale their innovative ideas. This program has significantly contributed to strengthening Lebanon's innovation ecosystem by nurturing a new generation of innovators who are now better prepared to turn their ideas into impactful, scalable ventures.
