My organisation

The International Information Academy (IIA), based in Ukraine, is committed to fostering the development of a global information society grounded in humanistic values. It provides diverse services, including educational programs, legal and technological assistance, research, and strategic communications training. The IIA actively promotes cooperation in information law, cybersecurity, and countering disinformation. Key objectives include enhancing Ukraine's integration into European and international frameworks, organizing think tanks and partnerships with scientists, and conducting cultural and educational initiatives. About me

With a degree in system engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine - Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in Information and Public Administration Law, I bring decades of multidisciplinary expertise in cybersecurity, cybercrime, and information protection. My career spans government, military, and private sectors, including roles such as Chief Researcher at the Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Department of the Interagency research Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and Executive Director of the State Center for Documents Personalization.

A co-founder of the Association of Information Defenders and an expert with the International Information Academy, I have authored over 160 publications. I actively contribute to enhancing national cybersecurity policies, infrastructure protection, and personal data security.

Internationally recognized, I have been a delegate to many scientific events, starting from the First E-Crime Congress in London (2002) and ending with the Cyber ​​Crime Conference (Rome 2024).

Fluency in Ukraine, Russian, English (NATO and British Council courses, B2 level), Italian - B1.
