Findspo is a Govtech startup dedicated to creating innovative, AI-driven solutions for pressing global challenges such as community resilience, migration management, and rural repopulation. By combining advanced technology, collective intelligence, and a participatory approach, Findspo develops tools that empower governments, NGOs, and communities to make data-informed decisions.
The company specializes in end-to-end platforms that utilize Machine Learning (ML) to collect and analyze feedback, integrating seamlessly with data spaces to deliver actionable insights. Its solutions align with concepts like the European Commission’s Living Lab model and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders. This approach ensures the integration of local knowledge, enabling Findspo to co-create effective and sustainable strategies.
Among its flagship projects is a virtual environment tool developed in Unity, designed to help refugees integrate into job markets and society, regardless of their documentation status. Another key initiative includes a resilience intelligence platform for the Dargo community in Australia, built in partnership with the Australian Red Cross Humanitech program.
Findspo’s hybrid business model combines SaaS offerings with custom development services, allowing it to scale while maintaining flexibility. Currently generating annual sales of €40,000 with a lean structure, the company is also part of prominent acceleration programs such as Nvidia, AWS, and Microsoft, and actively collaborates with global research networks like Grevia UB and Stanford's GeoMatch group.
With a strong focus on innovation, compliance with evolving AI regulations, and an emphasis on collective intelligence, Findspo is not just a technology provider but a strategic partner in fostering resilience and inclusivity in communities worldwide.
