I am Dr. Vitaliy Storozhuk, founder and CEO of Maitek Plus LLC, with over 20 years of hands-on experience in engineering, automation, and energy efficiency. My journey has always been driven by one mission: to turn energy challenges into smart, scalable solutions.

At Maitek Plus, we focus not only on innovation but on real-world impact. One of our flagship developments is STEPS – the Smart Thermal Energy Production & Storage system – a flexible, intelligent thermal energy buffer that helps buildings and industries drastically cut heating costs and CO₂ emissions. We don’t just sell equipment—we develop integrated systems tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Our technologies are already in use across hotels, manufacturing facilities, and commercial buildings in Ukraine. Now, we are actively seeking partners across Europe—to launch pilot implementations, co-develop solutions, and participate in EU-funded projects.

With an in-house climate lab and over a decade of engineering excellence, my team and I are committed to making energy efficiency practical, accessible, and future-ready.
