Vaibro is an AI voice partner for companies that run many projects at once. Site managers, technicians and project leads say one sentence into their phone, and Vaibro turns it into a task, a note or a message for the right person, with a deadline in their calendar. The office and management see the state of every project as it happens.

We started in construction, the hardest place to get information back from the field. One of our customers, a construction contractor with a headquarters and seven regional branches, moved from an AI pilot to running all of its daily work on Vaibro: projects, costs, budgets and e-invoices. Analysing a tender used to take several hours. Today it takes a few minutes.

How we build it: AI suggests, a person approves. Every change can be traced. Recordings are deleted once transcribed, and customer data stays out of model training.

Vaibro is a Polish company from Bielsko-Biała, founded by engineers Mariusz Czarnecki and Jacek Łatkowski. We have closed four share issues, our customers pay for the product, and after Poland we are heading to the rest of the EU and the United States.
