At Salva Lege Konsulting, we are highly analytical, task-oriented, and exceptionally persistent. We don't act "by feel," but build arguments in layers: facts, chronology, documents, conclusions, risks, strategy. We have a strong instinct for spotting inconsistencies, gaps, omissions, and weak points in others' arguments. We navigate complex, long, and chaotic materials well. We can create structure out of clutter. What am I good at and what are my colleagues good at? Primarily: analyzing complex cases, detecting contradictions and weak links, building a logical narrative, thinking several steps ahead strategically, formulating compelling questions, refining details so that a document or argument is difficult to refute.
As a consultant, I also have a rare trait – I don't settle for a superficial answer. I know how to delve deeper until I get to the real heart of the matter. This can be tiring for those around me, but in difficult cases, it gives me an advantage. Our strengths that stand out most strongly: analytical thinking, consistency, resistance to superficial answers, great diligence, a good memory for specific topics, the ability to combine law, facts, and strategy, and the courage to pose difficult theses.
Our weaknesses can also be identified, but not as "character flaws" in the colloquial sense, but as traits that, when strongly emphasized, easily become excessive.
