The engineer plugs into your team the way an internal hire would, with two differences: you don't pay to recruit them, and you can scale into a Full Team without renegotiating the rate.

One engineer, your sprint cadence. The engineer attends your stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retros, pulls tickets from your board, pushes to your repo, and submits and reviews code in your review process.

Full Team, feature ownership. The team works in the same cadence and fully owns part of the solution or the entire project, or integrates into a larger team.

Senior, mid, or junior — you pick the level. You send the role brief; we send 2–3 CVs from our team that match your stack within 48 hours. The engineer who shows up is the engineer on the CV.

From our permanent team. Not sourced from a freelance marketplace; not a profile we put together for your role. The same engineers stay on a client for years, not weeks.

Pricing & commercial terms
All rates are EUR, per developer, per hour. The shorter the commitment, the higher the rate — the rate comes down as you commit.
Single Engineer — €70/hr at 1-month minimum. 160 hrs/month. One embedded developer (senior, mid, or junior).
Single Engineer — €50/hr at 3-month minimum. 160 hrs/month. Same engineer, same scope; the longer commitment is what brings the rate down.
Full Team — €50/engineer/hr blended, 4-month minimum. Senior + mid + junior + design/QA as needed, with delivery ownership.
Team Long Term — custom rate, 12-month minimum. Senior + mid + junior + design/QA as needed, with delivery ownership. The rate is lowest here and stays there: a 12-month commitment lets us tailor the team and the price to the work.
One flat rate. No hidden fees. EU-based, CET timezone, English fluent across the team.

Why a 3-month minimum at €50/hr?
Anything shorter and the integration cost eats the value for both sides. The first weeks are integration — your codebase, your domain, your sprint cadence. The minimum protects your investment, not ours. If you need a single month, the €70/hr 1-month tier is on the table from day one.
Can we start with one engineer and grow into a Full Team?
Yes. Start with the Single Engineer tier; convert to Full Team when scope grows. Same rate, no renegotiation.
How are your engineers different from a freelance marketplace?
They are from our permanent team, not sourced for your role. The same engineers stay on a client for years, not weeks. If scope grows, the engineer scales into a Full Team without a renegotiation. English fluent across the team — design discussion and code review happen the way they would with an internal hire.
