Finaro: Accounts payable automation for industrial and distribution companies

The problem
In most mid-sized manufacturers and distributors, every supplier invoice goes through the same routine. Someone pulls it from a shared inbox and works out which company it belongs to. They type the header, lines and VAT into the ERP, check it against the purchase order and the delivery note, then chase an approval by email. More invoices arrive every month, but the team stays the same size. The result is month-end closes that take up the whole first week, duplicate or late payments beyond the 60-day legal term, and exposure to bank-detail fraud.

What Finaro does
Finaro handles that routine from start to finish, so the team only deals with what really needs a person:

• Receive and route: reads invoices and delivery notes straight from the inbox and assigns each one to the right company, even when several entities and tax IDs share one mailbox.

• Register in the ERP: extracts header, lines and taxes with AI that learns from each supplier, then posts them. No retyping.

• 3-way match: checks purchase order, delivery note and invoice against your own rules and tolerances. Documents that match go straight through. Documents that don’t go to the right person with the difference highlighted.

• One-click approval: approvers sign off in Finaro without needing an ERP licence.

• Control: catches duplicates even when the invoice numbering changes, and keeps a full audit trail of who approved what.

Works with the ERP you already have
Finaro has ready-made integrations with SAP S/4HANA and Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage 200 and X3, Odoo, a3ERP and Factusol. Your ERP stays as it is, and IT doesn’t have to do anything because we handle the integration. You pay per document and go live in weeks, not after a year-long consulting project. Companies can start with the step that hurts most and expand from there.

Why now
Spain’s B2B e-invoicing order was published in the BOE in October 2026. E-invoicing becomes mandatory from October 2027 for companies with more than €8M in turnover, and from October 2028 for everyone else. Finance teams need to digitise how they receive and process invoices. Finaro gets them ready while removing manual work today.

Already in production
Companies in Catalonia already use Finaro, including a multi-company group running SAP S/4HANA Cloud across 13 entities.
