Etbur Technology Solution is an innovation-driven company dedicated to tackling Africa’s most pressing challenges in clean energy, climate action, and sustainable development. Founded by Bimrew Wedaje, a software engineer, electrician, and AI/IoT expert, the company develops technologies that integrate renewable energy, digital platforms, and smart infrastructure to create scalable impact.

Our flagship project, the Incuduct Etbur Hydropower System, is a pioneering solution that combines irrigation and hydropower, generating clean electricity while ensuring sustainable water use for agriculture. This innovation addresses two critical needs—energy access and food security—by turning irrigation infrastructure into a dual-purpose system that empowers rural communities and industries.

In addition to renewable energy solutions, we are building the Digital Climate MRV Platform, a digital system designed to support monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) of climate actions. By leveraging AI and IoT, the platform enables accurate data collection, performance tracking, and transparency in climate-related projects, supporting both governments and organizations in meeting their sustainability goals.

We also explore sustainable business models like vending machine solutions, designed to modernize retail services, create economic opportunities, and provide communities with accessible, technology-driven services.
