The first part will focus on the organisation of translational research: how to better connect academic innovation, spin-offs, preclinical development, clinical expertise and enabling infrastructures; how to identify and remove the main barriers that slow down progression towards first-in-human studies; and which collaborative models could help promising projects move faster and more efficiently.
