Pilot partners needed: reliable LLM agents for long, high-stakes workflows.

We are looking for industry partners to run focused pilots on long-horizon, high-stakes workflows where LLM agents (or copilots) take multi-step actions across tools/systems (CRM/ERP/TMS, ticketing, finance ops, etc.).

Challenge: agents drift over long sequences and can trigger costly irreversible actions (wrong refunds/payments, policy violations, incorrect updates, compliance risk).

What we offer: FIONA, a governance layer adding phase-gated checks and auditable justifications to keep execution consistent across policies and constraints.

Pilot format (3–4 weeks): select one workflow (8–20 steps), run baseline vs governed, deliver metrics on irreversible-error rate, policy violations, escalation/hand-off rate, and auditability.

Target sectors: finance, logistics, commerce, healthcare operations, applied research.
