Our team is small and dynamic, led by our Managing Director, Colin Dawson. Between us we bring more than 25 years of experience in critical industries, especially energy. We know how these sectors work and what clients need, and we focus on delivering quality projects that make a real difference.

We offer three things, designed to work together so a transformation lands without the usual gaps:

• Platform: radax, our flagship AI-native delivery platform and the enterprise-grade engine behind every Dax product.

• Products: AI-native tools built on radax. Verdax handles quality and information management. CrewX handles crew management, minus the spreadsheets. Ideas, for innovation management, is coming soon.

• Services: consulting and training that cover strategy, delivery leadership and enablement, so our clients' teams can keep things running long after we've delivered.

We have delivered more than 20 projects 75% faster than traditional approaches. Our clients range from energy businesses such as Three60 Energy, CLP and Elemental Energies to schools and charities such as Somebody Cares Scotland. For Somebody Cares Scotland, we turned spreadsheet data into dynamic dashboards that help the charity measure its social impact.
