EluxEvo is a UK-based climate-tech company developing Human Acceptance Intelligence (HAI) for homes, buildings and energy systems.
As low-carbon technologies, smart buildings and AI-enabled services become increasingly sophisticated, one critical challenge remains largely unresolved: understanding how people respond to, engage with and sustain change. Many organisations can model technical performance, but have limited visibility of the human factors that ultimately determine adoption, participation and long-term success.
EluxEvo is developing AI-enabled methods to measure, validate and predict human-centred outcomes such as trust, comfort, confidence, acceptance and behavioural persistence. By combining behavioural signals, user interactions, environmental context and multi-modal sensing, we help organisations better understand how people engage with technologies, services and interventions in real-world settings.
Our vision is to make the human dimension as measurable and actionable as technical performance. This enables organisations to reduce adoption risk, improve participation, and make better decisions when deploying low-carbon technologies and digitally enabled services.
Current applications include residential energy flexibility, smart homes, healthy buildings, housing innovation and adaptive environments, with broader relevance wherever human behaviour influences system performance and commercial success.
The technology is being developed and validated through real-world pilot deployments, generating evidence to support future commercial deployment and scale.
