Q-PLAN INTERNATIONAL is an innovation and management consulting company supporting private and public organisations in the design, management and implementation of innovation, business development and EU-funded Research & Innovation activities.

The company provides a broad portfolio of services, including business modelling and planning, feasibility and market studies, access to finance, business development, management systems, exploitation planning, dissemination and communication, and project implementation support. Its work covers several sectors, including ICT, manufacturing, health, transport, environment, energy, and agro-food.

Q-PLAN has been actively involved in the European R&I landscape since 2003 and has participated in more than 80 EU-funded projects and studies, mainly as Project Coordinator, Innovation and Exploitation Manager, and/or Dissemination and Communication Manager. Through this experience, Q-PLAN supports R&D teams, start-ups, SMEs, large organisations and public-sector actors in transforming research results into demand-driven innovations, sustainable business models and market-oriented outcomes.

The company also maintains an extensive network of R&I actors, intermediaries and expert advisors across Europe, developed through its participation in EU projects and its provision of customised innovation and business support services.
