About me
Yannis Kyriakopoulos is the Country Manager of Piraeus Bank Group in Ukraine and Chairman of the Board of Piraeus Bank Ukraine. He joined the Group in 1999 as General Manager of its London Branch and went on to lead key divisions including International Banking, Corporate and Shipping Finance, and Wealth Management. He has held board positions across several international banking and real estate subsidiaries of the Group.
Before joining Piraeus Bank, Yannis held roles at KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and Ionian Bank in London. He has also served as Vice Chairman of Hellenic Seaways and as Chairman of the Hellenic Bankers' Association–UK. He is currently the Chairman of FLIFI (Forum of Leading International Financial Institutions), under the umbrella of AmCham in Ukraine.
Yannis holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece, an MSc in Engineering from City University London, and an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School (formerly CASS), London.
