Understanding the U.S. healthcare market

I am a U.S. health policy and digital health strategist and regulatory attorney based in Bordeaux and co-founder of Line Axia.

I bring nearly twenty years of experience inside complex U.S. payer environments. Examples of this work include:

• Supporting implementation of the North Carolina Healthy Opportunities Medicaid Pilot, one of the largest U.S. initiatives integrating healthcare and social services.
• Designing data-sharing frameworks adopted by state health agencies.
• Supporting expansion strategy for an AI-powered telehealth provider later acquired for $95M+.
