Why should you join the bilateral meetings?

Besides the information sessions (oral presentations) this conference offers the exceptional opportunity to meet other companies, research organisations and public administrations active in research and technology to discuss PERSONALLY:

The partnering meetings will allow you to personally present yourself, your organisation and your cooperation ideas as a first step to any future business or R&D project.

All profiles and project ideas will be published online prior to the event to allow selection for partnering meetings.

How it works

PHASE 1: Registration - until 16th of August 2009

Register online and submit your own cooperation profile. In this profile you can state

• what kind of research/technology project you are looking for
• what kind of technology you are offering
• ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners

All profiles and project ideas will be published online prior to the event to allow selection for personal one-to-one meetings.
ATTENTION! The registrations will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis and will be subject of a thorough review of completeness!
On registration you will receive a confirmation mail comprising the password you have chosen yourself. With your e-mail address and the password you can log in any time changing your profile.

Please note: You are advised not to insert any confidential IPR related information.

PHASE 2: Selection of one-to-one meetings- 3rd - 14th of September 2009

Use your personal login and select bilateral meetings ONLINE.

When logged in, you can choose which participant you would like to personally talk to by simply clicking on the checkbox next to the respective profile. You will be booked by other participants, too.

PHASE 3: Before the Event - 14/15th of September 2009

A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting plan (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting plan online). This meeting plan gives information about with whom you will speak and who wants to speak with you at what the time

PHASE 4: At the event - 17th of September 2009

At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting plan including last minute bookings.

The tables will be numbered and on each table you will additionally find a table plan with time and meetings held there.

We will be at your disposal during the whole event.
