HOW DO I... ?
1. Register my company/structure and insert a profile
To register, click on the registration section "NEW" (left column) or on the following link :
Fill in a registration form with a description of your structure and a profile in which you can state :
- What kind of technology you are offering (Technology Offer)
- What kind of technology you are looking for (Technology Request)
- Details about the innovative product(s) you would like to sell or acquire (Product)
- Know-how(s) you are looking for or would like to propose (Know-how)
After registration, you will receive a confirmation mail comprising the password you have chosen. With your e-mail address and password you can log in and change your profile as much as you want.
You may register and submit a profile until 21st, January 2010
2. Select bilateral meetings
Use your personal login and select bilateral meetings ONLINE.
When logged in, you can choose which participant you would like to personally talk to by simply clicking on the checkbox next to the respective profile. You can add further meetings any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served".
A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting plan (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting plan online).
This meeting plan gives information about the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.
Completed technology profiles will be published online and will be available for selection for personal one-to-one meetings.
3. At the event:
At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting plan including last minute bookings.
The tables will be numbered and on each table you will additionally find a table plan with time and meetings held there.
We will be at your disposal during the whole event.
