How it works

Aim

This first event of the thematic network „Autonomy and Healthcare“ of the Alps Bio Cluster aims to bring stakeholders together to initiate future cooperative projects. Take the opportunity and listen to current projects and developments within the alpine region in the field of medical technology and meet innovative researchers and companies. 


Concept

Meet other innovative companies and research organisations in personal face-to-face meetings to discuss a possible form of cooperation for research and development, licensing or any other business opportunities. Every participant will receive a personal meeting agenda one week before the event.
 

1. Registration

Register online and submit your own cooperation profile. In this profile you can state

  • what kind of technology you are offering
  • what kind of research/technology project you are looking for
  • ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners
  • type of cooperation you are looking for, etc.


Please describe your cooperation interest and your expertise as precisely as possible. 
It is very important that you also describe what you expect from your potential partner.

Completed technology profiles will be published online and will be available for selection for personal one-to-one meetings. 
On registration you will receive a confirmation mail comprising the password you have chosen yourself. Upon your e-mail address and the password you can log in any time and change your profile.


2. Selection of bilateral meetings

Use your personal login and select bilateral meetings ONLINE. 

When logged in, you can choose which participant you would like to personally talk to by simply clicking on the checkbox next to the respective profile. You can add further meetings at any time but please be aware that the bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". 
A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting plan (furthermore you can constantly check your meeting plan online). 
This meeting plan gives information about the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet.


3. At the event

At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting plan including last minute bookings. 
The tables will be numbered and on each table you will additionally find a table plan with time and meetings held there. 

We will be at your disposal during the whole event.


All profiles and project ideas will be published online for selection for partnering meetings prior to the event to identify potential partners and request individual appointments.
