Registration phase

12 - 1 week before the Event

Three to one month/s before the event participants register online and submit their cooperation profiles. In this profiles they state what they are offering/requesting and what type of partner they are looking for. Completed profiles are published online and are available for selection for personal meetings.

Online selection of bilateral meetings

3 to 1 week before the Event

10 days to 12 hours before the event all parties can select participants they would like to talk to.
Intelligent search functions allow a quick identification of suitable participants/cooperation profiles. A few days before the event participants receive their personal meeting plans. The meeting plan lists all conversation partners, time and place of the meetings

Schedule Meetings

A few days before the Event

Automatic scheduling: B2Match schedules 400 meetings in 5 seconds! The scheduler optimizes schedules for participants by minimizing their "standby time".

Manual scheduling: Results from the automatic scheduling can be overruled manually! Specific time slots for special guest requests (e.g. arriving late or leaving earlier) can be pre-determined. Relocation of meetings is simply done by Drag&Drop.

Meeting schedules: Once schedules are prepared, participants can download them directly from the website. Participants are also notified by email about the availability of their schedules.

At the event

A few days before the event the meeting schedules are sent by email to all participants having B2B meetings.
At the registration desk, participants receive updated meeting plan including last- minute bookings. Meeting schedules with personal pictures help to identify conversation partners already before the actual meeting takes place.

Feedback

Within one week after the event

Once the event and the meetings are passed, most event organizers would like to know if the event was a success and what could be improved.

B2Match offers standardized integrated feedback questions relevant for most events. Of course you can modify the pre-defined questions or add further questions by your own.

Via the integrated mailing system an email containing a feedback link can be sent to each participant automatically a few days after the event. Within 10 days after the event about 70% of the participants submit their feedback. One or two feedback reminder mailings will increase this figure. The feedback statistic is sub-divided into event and bilateral meeting related questions.
