Registration

Registration only takes 5 minutes and is mandatory for participating in the conference on 7 and 8 September and on the free matchmaking day on 9 September.

The conference fee (100€) covers

• access and the participation in the conference and to the exhibition
• the company visits
• the matchmaking event on 9 September
• Lunch and conference dinner on 7 September
• Lunch and networking cocktail on 8 September
• Lunch on 9 September

Your registration will be validated once the conference fee has been paid.

You will receive the necessary payment details in your confirmation email. The invoice will be handed over during the conference on site.

Invited guests (see below) can participate free of charge for the whole duration of the 3 days conference.

Participants for the matchmaking event only can access free of charge from 8 September, at 2.30 pm onwards.

When registering for the matchmaking event, you will be asked to fill out a detailed profile. This profile will be validated before being published in the online catalogue. You can update/change your profile for the matchmaking event at any time up to August 15th. Meetings can be scheduled between August 15th and September 3rd 2010.
