Recognising the importance of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) for the growth of European economy, it is desirable to strengthen their innovation capacity via technology and know-how transfer and joint research and development projects.
To enhance the cooperation between European SMEs and research organisations the Enterprise Europe Network offers during the Future Match 2012 in cooperation with Ideal-Ist, the worldwide network of all ICT National Contact Points (NCP) for the Seventh European Framework Programme (FP7) for Research and Technological Development, advisory services on EU research funding.

The EU framework programme for Competitiveness and Innovation (CIP) funds market replication projects of sophisticated technologies. The aim is to set standards and regulations throughout Europe. The ICT PSP programme focuses on ICT solutions for public services in fields like e.g. energy efficiency, ehealth or innovative governments.

Guided Tours to the Lower Saxony Booths at CeBIT
During the Future Match at the CeBIT 2012, the Leibniz Universitaet Hannover as the main organiser will offer two company missions to the Lower Saxony Booths. The aim of the company missions is to establish international technical co-operations between the exhibitors from Lower Saxony (Germany) and participating companies.
Therefore, guided tours will take place in hall 9 at the Lower Saxony Booth next to the Future Match stand and hall 11 at the ITS Lower Saxony Booth. Guided Tours to the joint booths of Hessen
During the Future Match at the CeBIT 2012, the HA Hessen Agentur GmbH as a co-organiser will offer two company missions to the joint Hessen Booths.
Guided tours will take place to the Hessian Booth in hall 9 (Universities) and to the Hessen-IT Booth (Companies) in hall 2. About 25 companies, universities and start-ups will be presenting innovative products, technologies and services at the Hessian joint booths.
The company mission to the Hessen-IT Booth (hall 2) takes place on Wednesday, March 7th 2012, at 16.15h. Companies exhibiting here are mainly specialized in:
